Sword Game is a singleplayer medieval combat game where you build a warband and fight across a kingdom torn between two factions — the Empire's Legion and the Rebel Uprising.

Combat is physics-based and timing-driven. You block, parry, and strike with directional inputs — not button mashing. Fights feel weighty and every swing matters.

What's in the demo right now:

• Melee combat — Skill-based system with timed blocks, parries, and directional strikes

• Mounted combat — Ride horses into battle, fight from horseback, and trample through enemy lines. Your mount has a trust system — feed it and bond with it, or get bucked mid-fight

  

• Squad recruitment — NPCs have names, roles, and traits. Recruit farmers for numbers or veteran knights for your frontline

• Formations — Command your followers into shield walls, bodyguard details, or forced marches with tactical stat bonuses

• Faction system — Villages and factions react to your strength. They negotiate, make demands, and surrender based on what you've built
